The Core delivers vital services that directly help young people and enhance life in our local community. You can support us in achieving our goals.

The success of a youth club and community centre The Core is depends on putting in huge amounts of time, effort and passion. But it also requires the collaboration of the wider community which it serves. There are numerous ways in which you can help us here at The Core to continue to be a valued resource at the heart of Saltash, and to continue to grow.

The reality is that running a variety of youth services costs money. We are always highly appreciative of cash donations to help fund what we do. This can contribute to paying for the time of expertise of specialist youth workers, additional service options and improving our facilities. All funds received go directly to supporting The Core. We have some brilliant opportunities to volunteer here at The Core, including some that enable you to work towards qualifications. Offering a little of time to help at The Core is a great way to help with running our youth services while also developing your own skills, experience and confidence. We always welcome offers from qualified tradespeople who are willing to donate some of their time for The Core. With a large building and outdoor space to maintain, there are always lots of jobs to be done and we’re very grateful for any offers of time and expertise. We can also make use of specific items for our creative youth sessions or for our kitchen or outdoor space, so please let us know if you have something you think we might find useful.
